2. Quotation Validity
Estimates, pricing details, and catalog rates are subject to change. Standard written quotations supplied by our sales team are valid for 15 days unless defined otherwise.
3. Shipping & Verification
We strive to maintain absolute punctuality for all logistical deliveries in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pan India. Clients must inspect deliveries and report any variances or damage within 48 hours.
4. Payment Policies
Payment terms are set by mutual agreement or defined in the corporate credit policy. Late payments might incur nominal interest charges as allowed under trade rules.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
